Timothy Lee Turner, 77, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories. Tim was born July 4th, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Timothy dedicated 30 years of service to Metro before retiring in 2013, a reflection of his strong work ethic and commitment. Touching many lives throughout the years of service, the lives most important to him were those of his family. Enjoying hobbies such as camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
A devoted husband, son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Turner; his mother, Geneva Williams; and his sister, Linda McIntosh (Walter).
He is lovingly remembered by his brother, Billy Ray Hensley (Kathy), and his sister, Vickie Cook (Larry); his children, Michele Turner (Rob Barnes), Tara Phillips-McKee (Thomas), and Patrick Phillips; and his many grandchildren: Marenda Burt (Jon), Marissa Foster, Cory McKee (Nicole), Joshua McKee, Nicholas Evans, Gregory Phillips (Brittany), Amber McKee (Dustin), Joey Antoni (Macy), Christian Antoni, and Kaitlynn McKee (Jacob).
His legacy continues through his treasured great-grandchildren: Micah and Ava Burt, Evelyn Rose, Nickolas, Noah, Nathan and Nova McKee, Aniah McKee, Joshua Watkins, Bell and Nicholas Evans, Reagan Gilday, Harper, Audrey and Ila Phillips, Cayden Hinton, and Raelynn Antoni.
He is also fondly remembered by his wife, Sheryl Quinlan Phillips, whose love brought him comfort, joy, and togetherness.
Timothy will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. If you would like to donate flowers, the family would prefer you to just make a donation to your preferred charity.
Visitation will be held at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Rd. 45233 on Friday April 3, 2026 from 11am until the time of the funeral service at 1pm.
