Ronald S. Nichols

Ronald S. Nichols. Husband of the late Judith L. Nichols (Swauger), to whom he was a devoted caretaker and energetic cheerleader throughout her battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Doting father of Julie (Michael Kennedy) Nichols and Karen (Christopher) Dorn. He is survived by his sister Jeanie (Bill) Hoffman, and many loving nieces and nephews. A proud veteran of the United States Army, Ron served in Korea in the 1960s. He loved a dirty joke and a cold can of beer, and he enjoyed road trips, photography, and woodworking.  Ron reveled in sharing photos of and chattering on about his "furry grandkids" with anyone who would listen. Ronald passed away on Dec. 10^th, 2023, at the age of 78. Memorial donations may be made to Cincinnati Animal CARE, or to the animal rescue of the friend's choice.
