Michael “Jim”Loving husband of the late Clara (Nee: Yaeger) Heekin. Devoted father of Gina (Mike) Long, Francie (Terry) Bossman, Harold Heekin and the late Michael S. Heekin. Cherished grandfather of Mike(Emily) Heekin, Gina (Brad) Meyers, Brittany (Keith) Adams, Fred Heekin, Alex (Corey) Cooper, Ashtin Morgan, Zachary Morgan and the late Jimmy Heekin. Caring great-grandfather of Charlotte Heekin, Vivian Heekin, Lilliana Heekin, Alivia Heekin. Aubree Clare Cooper, Daniel Cooper, Collin Cooper, Royal Meyers and Emma Morgan. Also survived numerous other family and friends. Mike passed away on January 24, 2021 at the age of 87. Mike was retired from Walt Sweeney West Hills Ford. He was the caregiver for his wife Clara for the last years of her life. Mike was a proud Navy Veteran who served during the Korean War. He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He truly enjoyed his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private services will take place on Fri.
