Jerome F. beloved husband of Leslie (Nee: Nastold) Eisenmann. Loving father of Missy (Doug) Merk, Jerry (Pam) Eisenmann Jr. and Stephanie (Pat) Aylward. Cherished grandfather of Robby (Morgan), Tyler (Taylor) and Evan Merk, Elizabeth, Hailey, Ben, Lauren and Megan Eisenmann, Patrick and Grace Aylward and Rome-Marie Merk. Dear brother of Kay (Terry) Cupito, Bobby and Frank (Tim) Eisenmann and the late Barbara Eisenmann. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 77 years.

A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday October 16, at 10:30am held at St Vincent De Paul Church, 4026 River Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45204. Immediately following the services, a celebration of life will take place at The Farm, 239 Anderson Ferry Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238
