Frank H. beloved husband of the late Katherine (Nee: Rudolph) Barkley. Loving father of
Gary (Bobbie Jo France) and Allen Barkley and Frank Hughes. Dear brother of Doddie Cowan, Bobby, Mark and
Kevin Barkley. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of many. Preceded in death by
his parents, Frank and Emma Barkley, daughter Rose Barkley, sisters Gloria Mabley and
Jean Rumpke. Passed away on May 11, 2022 at the age of 84 years. Visitation will be Thurs.
May 19th from 11:00 A.M. until the time of funeral services 1:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home,
