Ellie C. Backscheider

Ellie Backscheider(Mohr) age 50. Ellie was the much-loved wife of Keith Backscheider, the cherished daughter of Gary and Nancy Mohr, and a Bonus Mom of Keith’s children Austin (Sam) Tyler, Dylan (Rachel), Sydney, and Ryley. She was grandma to Avery, Houston, and Audrey.

Ellie never met a stranger, person or animal, and would light up a room with her laughter and smile. Ellie was employed with the Hamilton County sheriff’s dept. for 18 years and most recently with the Colerain Township police department. Her Love, Laughter, and joy will forever remain with her family and many friends. 

Services for Ellie will be at Cheviot United Methodist Church, 3820 Westwood Northern Blvd. on. Saturday Oct. 17th. Visitation will be from 10 AM to 1PM with Service at 1PM. 

If desired memorials may be made to Hamilton County sheriff’s department Anderson station, Colerain township police department, or any animal rescue.
