Caitlin F. Brown

Caitlin “Caitie” Frances Brown passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at the age of 37. Caitie was a fierce advocate for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a genetic disease. Caitie was born with SMA and thrived in spite of her disability. She was a 2012 graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a bachelors degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Honors Studies. Caitie loved musical theatre, her late cat Snoopy, and all sports, especially soccer and the Reds. She also loved playing any card or board game with anyone that would play with her, especially poker and chess. She leaves behind her mother, Eileen Brown, and sisters Aimee Christo and Dr. Kelly Brown as well as her brother Sean (Karianne). She also leaves behind nieces Jillian Christo, Ainsley and Elsa Brown and nephews Liam Brown and Kaedin Christo as well as many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Russ Brown, sister, Jill Brown, baby brother David and grandparents Rita and Elmer Brinker and Lillian and William Brown.

The visitation will be held on July 27 from 5-7 PM at Radel Funeral Home on Neeb Road. A mass of Christian burial will take place on July 28 at 10:30 AM at St. Antoninus Church on Linneman Road. Burial follows at New St Joseph Cemetery.
