Angel A Howard

Angel Annette Howard, nee Phillips, loving mother, sister, cousin, aunt & friend passed away August 8, 2025. She was 54 years old.

Angel was born on January 27, 1971 in Cincinnati, OH. Angel is survived by her siblings, Greg (Gina) Phillips, Yvonne Michell (Mark) Adkins, Kathleen (Randy) Elmore, Wesley Dillon Jr., Thomas Dillon & Tanya (Roger) Lee. She is also survived by several close cousins, nieces, nephews & friends. She was preceded in death by her only son, Kimmy “KB” Burton & her parents Constance & Wesley Dillon Sr.

Angel was a loving mother to her only child, KB. His medical condition required constant attention and God must have known he would need an “Angel” to oversee his care. She devoted her entire life to making sure his needs were met. And even though she had limited resources KB never wanted for anything either. When KB passed away at the age of 24 in January, 2019 a huge piece of her died that day as well. She tried to carry on as best she could but she was never quite the same.

Angel had been battling various ailments for some time and unfortunately her health took a turn for the worse in recent days and she is now rejoicing in heaven with KB, in perfect health and tranquility forever.

Visitation will take place on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM with a service immediately following at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233. Burial will take place immediately following the visitation and service at New St. Joseph Cemetery.

Angel loved pinks & purples, and was particularly partial to periwinkle. If you have something in any of those colors, you’re encouraged, but of course not required, to wear it,

Angel loved her family & friends and she was deeply loved by them. Though we will miss her, we take solace in knowing that she is at peace and we will rejoice with Angel again someday!
