Ricky Lee beloved husband of the late Marcella (nee: Cruse) Ballinger. Dear brother of Loraine (David) Wood, Victoria (Debbie) Olano, Chip (Jan), David and Michael Ballinger. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 70 years.
