Dicie (Nee: Messer) loving mother of Martha (Don) Slusher and Mary (Bobby) Reese. Devoted grandmother of Alexander Slusher. Dear sister of Mona (Larry) Taylor and preceded in death by five siblings. Passed away on August 2, 2021 at the age of 83 years. She loved going to the casino, playing bingo, and watching Roseanne were just a few of her hobbies she enjoyed. Her pride and joy was her bird Pocky.
